I ordered a dress from Babyboo Fashion and the shipping was faster than I thought it would be. I got tracking updates along the way, which I always appreciate because I like knowing where my package is instead of just wondering if it’s actually coming. It ended up arriving earlier than expected, so that was a nice surprise. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because the package looked a little squished when it got to me, and at first I was kind of worried the dress might be damaged or wrinkled badly. Luckily, once I opened it, the dress itself was totally fine, so it wasn’t a big issue in the end. Overall, I’m happy with the order and would shop there again

I ordered from babyboofashion.com the tracking was so frustrating. It said my parcel was on the way, then just sat on the exact same update for days with no real details. I kept checking like, come on now, at least tell me where it is. When I contacted customer service, they just sent me the same tracking link I already had. Not helpful at all. When you’ve paid for an order, you shouldn’t be left guessing where it is. I wouldn’t order from them again

If I could leave 0 stars I totally would. I placed an order for an urgent delivery( supposed to be delivered in 5 business days).Three weeks later- no product, no updates on a tracking code, no reply to my emails. The moment I contacted my bank to dispute the transaction they sent me a very rude email saying they will no longer assist me… as if they tried before that. Never purchase from them. I tried to get a hold of them via social media, all the negative reviews they delete and all the comments asking them where is my order they delete as well.
Oh that is just a true scam
